1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Kisumi to your Discord server or using its web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using the dashboard.

2. Description of Service

Kisumi is a Discord bot that provides moderation, economy, leveling, fun commands, roleplay, competitive gaming, and other features. A web dashboard is provided to configure bot settings for servers you manage.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in your server.
• You must not use the bot for harassment, spam, raids, or any illegal activity.
• You must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the bot or its API.
• NSFW commands may only be used in age-restricted (NSFW) channels as designated by Discord.

4. Premium Services

• Premium features are available via paid subscription or activation keys.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Premium access is per-server and does not transfer between servers.
• We reserve the right to modify premium pricing and features with reasonable notice.

5. User-Generated Content

When you upload images (avatars, banners) for roleplay characters or proxy profiles, you grant Kisumi a limited license to store and display those images solely for the purpose of operating bot features. Images are re-uploaded to a private Discord channel for persistent storage. You may delete your images at any time by deleting the associated character or proxy. You must not upload images that violate Discord's Terms of Service or contain illegal content.

6. Virtual Currency

The in-bot economy system uses virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. Virtual currency cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money. We may reset or adjust balances at any time.

7. Availability

The bot is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kisumi and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or moderation actions taken by the bot.

9. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the bot at our discretion if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
